  • Is it mandatory to register to buy OIA products?

    No, actually registration is not required to proceed with the purchase.
    However, when you register, you will have access to your personal area in which you can manage all your data, track the status of your orders, save your favorite articles, among other advantages.
  • What payment methods are available?

    You can pay for your order by bank transfer, and then send a proof of the transaction to the address or through your PayPal account.
    You can also use your Credit Card Visa or Mastercard.
    Payments on the OIA Design  platform are secure and guarantee the protection of your data.
  • Can I change my mind and return the product I bought?

    Of course yes!

    During the 14 days immediately after delivery of the product, in accordance with current European regulations, you may return the item you purchased, without having to provide any clarification. Our team will refund the amount paid as soon as the item arrives at our facility.

    However, you should keep in mind that the cost of sending the article from your address to our facilities is entirely the responsibility of the customer.

  • I can not find my Country of origin in your listing. What's happening?

    The OIA Design Online Store is only prepared for sales within the European Community area due to logistics issues.

    However, OIA is a worldwide brand and is ready to ship orders to any address.
